The transition to remote service provision to one or more airports involves a considerable change to the Air Traffic Management system. Besides the purely technological changes, an introduction of remote service provision involves changes to the working environment, human interaction and human-machine interface, as well as the technical and operational procedures used in daily operations. By use of the complementary competencies of the NINOX team, we can deliver the necessary support to ensure the production of all safety documentation required for a regulatory approval of the Remote Tower operation.
The team members have experience in regulatory dialogue and regulatory processes, either in the capacity of being an ATM system supplier or a certified Air Navigation Service Provider. A combination of knowledge and experience gained in a large-scale program and the customer´s internal safety management processes, ensures that relevant safety documentation is delivered timely and with sufficient quality to support a Remote Tower implementation.
